Eulocis Ltd was founded in 1996 by Louise Counsell and was then just a hair salon in the town of Chorley in North West England, but over the last twenty-two years, the business has grown a loyal clientele, as well as branching out into beauty services.

But now, Eulocis will develop into a brand that sells luxurious designer hair products online to a global audience. From here, the Eulocis brand is expected to turn digital with a fully augmented e-commerce platform.
